spicy sauce:

Fresh curd – beaten

Chilli – tomato sauce

Dashes capsico sauce

Spinach, lettuce and boiled groundnuts tossed in a curd sauce
dressing.
Put all the greens and groundnuts in a bowl and refrigerate till
serving time to retain the crispness.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients. Toss the
salad into the spicy sauce at the time of serving.
