Green Tandoori Marinade




Ingredients

Plain yoghurt
5 ounces
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice or bottled
2 tbsp
Garlic cloves – chopped
4
Green chillies – chopped (optional)

Fresh mint leaves – chopped
3 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
3 tbsp
Green masala paste
3 tbsp
Cumin seeds –roasted and ground
1 tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Salt
½ tsp
Milk
4 ounces


Put yogurt, oil, lemon, garlic, chillies, leaves and paste into blender and pulse until smooth. Add remaining stuff, except milk, and pulse again. Add enough milk until mix is easy to pour. Color should be creamy dark green. Put in fridge until needed.
