Green Pepper Curry
















Ingredients

Green pepper
2 large
Chilli powder
¼ tsp
Turmeric powder
1/8 tsp
Coriander powder
½ tsp
Coconut flakes
1 tbsp
Khus khus (poppy seeds)
1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves
1 bunch
Small tomatoes
2
Onions
2
Oil
2 tbsp
Small piece vadium
1
Salt
1 ¼ tsp


Cut the green peppers, onion and tomatoes lengthwise

Grind chilli powder-powder, turmeric, coriander powder, coconut and poppy seeds.

Heat oil and add vadium

When vadium turns brown add onions and fry for 4 minutes.

Add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

Add green pepper and masala

Add coriander leaves

Cook on low heat (should take around 15 minutes)
