Green Gram Dosa (Pesarettu)












Ingredients

Peeled green gram dal – broken
1 cup
Cumin seeds
1tsp
Green chillies
3
Red chillies

Onions
4
Asafoetida
 1 pinch
Small ginger
1 piece
Coriander leaves
1 spring
Salt
to taste 


Soak gram dal in water for 3 hours. Clean thoroughly. Strain out the water.

Grind with red chillies, 2 green chillies, cumin seeds and salt.

Chop onions, ginger, asafetida, coriander leaves and a green chilli. Fry lightly.

Use the dough to make dosa. Fill the dosa with onion filling. Fold it.
