Garam Masala Spice Blend















Ingredients

Quantity
Coriander  - ground
1 tbsp
Cumin – ground
1 tbsp
Fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper – ground
1 tbsp
Fennel seeds – ground
1 tbsp
Ginger – ground
1 tbsp
Cardamom – ground
1 tbsp
Cloves – ground
1 tsp
Nutmeg – ground
1 tbsp


Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Cover and store at room temperature for up to 1 month.

Yield:     about 8 Tablespoons
