Garam Masala Spice - 2













Ingredients

Quantity
Cardamom seeds
1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick
1 piece
Cumin seeds – roasted
1 tsp
Cloves
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 tsp
Nut meg – freshly ground
½ tsp


Into a hot cast iron frying pan, put the cumin seeds. Toss for about 30 seconds and remove seeds.

Mix spices together and put into grinder and grind to fine powder.

Put into glass container and let stand for at least 2 days before use.

NOTE : This spice is available ready-made in Indian stores.
