Fruit Sizzle




Ingredients

Quantity
Canned pineapples
10 quarters
Apples peeled
10 quarters
Bananas peeled & cut 1” thick slices
2
Mashmelon – 1” cubes or any other fruit of individual choice
10
Lemon marinate (use syrup of pineapple instead of water)



Drizzle the marinate on all fruit and toss lightly.

Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Poke fruit into skewers one at a time till all are used.

Grill skewers over a barbeque fire or in an oven.

Serve sizzling hot.
