Dahi Wada

Black gram dal- peeled and broken
1 cup
Yoghurt
2 ½ pounds
Mustard powder
1 tbsp
Green chillies

Curry leaves
1 stem
Oil
¼ kg
Chilli powder
1 tbsp
Salt
to taste


 Make wadas

Soak wadas in yogurt for hours.

Chop green chillies finely. Sprinkle green chillies, mustard powder, salt and curry leaves on the dahiwada. Cool.

Just before serving, sprinkle chilli powder. Use ginger chutney as accompaniment.
