Prune mould

Wash and soak prunes overnight in water. Stew with lime rind until sift. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes. Take out cinnamon and lime rind. Remove stones from prunes and cut up roughly. Measure prunes and juice and make up to the original amount of water. Add gelatine, jam and lime juice. Heat till gelatine is dissolved. Cool and mould when on the point of setting. When set, turn out and serve with cream.
