Mango fluff

Prepare a mango puree. Add half the gelatine dissolved previously in a little warm water. Prepare marshmallow as for marshmallow pudding. Set a layer of marshmallow in a wet mould. Pour mango puree over. Cover with another layer of marshmallow. Leave to set in the refrigerator. Turn out and decorate with whipped and flavoured cream.
