Ice cream with evaporated milk














Ingredients

Quantity
Evaporated milk
600ml
Castor sugar
115gms
Gelatine
1 tsp
Boiling water
1 tbsp
Vanilla essence
1 tsp


Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Mix together milk, sugar and gelatine. Pour into the freezer tray. Chill until  mixture starts to freeze cold round the edges. Pour into a cold bowl. Add vanilla and whisk well until thick and creamy. Return to freezing tray until firm.
