Ice cream with condensed & evaporated milk














Ingredients

Full cream condensed milk
1 tin
Evaporated milk
150ml
Water
150ml
Flavouring



Chill the condensed milk mixed with the water. Whip the evaporated milk until thick. Fold into the condensed milk. Add flavouring. Freeze until thick. Turn into a cold bowl and beat until very smooth. Replace in the trays and freeze again.


Ice cream flavourings

Add 1 ½ dessertspoons of soluble coffee dissolved in about 60ml of water to 600 ml of ice-cream. Melt 115gms of chocolate in 150ml of water and add to the ice-cream. Stir 300ml of thick fruit puree into the ice-cream. Use less sugar and add 115gms of jam to the ice-cream.
