Chocolate pudding

Cream together 100gms sugar and butter and stir in milk. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and add to the creamed mixture. Add chopped pieces of walnut. Mix 75gms white sugar, 70gms brown sugar and 25gms cocoa powder together and sprinkle over the batter (placed in a baking dish) and pour 150ml boiling water over it. Bake immediately at 350oC for 35-40 minutes. Serve with ice-cream.
