Wash and boil potatoes and cabbage and mash. Mince onions and capsicum (remove seeds first). Mix all the ingredients with seasoning. Heat a frying pan, smear with fat. Press down the mixture to fill the pan. When brown on one side, turn over and brown the other. Cut in portions and serve hot.
