Lime rind
a pinch
1 lime


Butter bread and break into small pieces. Boil milk and pour over bread and set aside for half an hour. Beat eggs well. Add sugar, lime rind and nutmeg. Pour over bread. Add sultanas and cashewnuts. Mix well. Pour into greased mould. Cover with greaseproof paper and steam till set. Serve hot with lemon juice.
