Ingredients

Lamb
1 kg
Curds
1 ½ cup (225gms)
Fat
250gms
Onions
150gms
Garlic
6 cloves
Red chillies
7gms
Black pepper
1dsp (20gms)
Cumin
3gms
Poppy seeds
45gms
Cashewnuts
25gms
Salt
to taste 
Water
½ litre


Clean and cut lamb into 1” pieces with the bones. Slice onions and garlic. Grind together remaining spices. Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cover and allow the steam to come up (about 10 minutes). Place 10lb pressure on. Cook for a further 15 minutes. Cool pressure cooker slowly. Open lid and take out the curry.
