Grind together:



Turmeric
a pinch

Red chillies

Coriander

Ginger

Clean and cut meat into even sized portions. Heat fat and fry sliced onions till golden brown. Remove. Add ground spices and fry well. Add meat and continue frying. Add onion, salt and hot water. Cook till meat is tender and gravy is thickened.
