Meat chilli fry

Ginger

Coriander leaves (optional)
½ bunch
12 bunches
Salt
to taste

Oil (coconut or sweet oil)

Wash and cut meat into even pieces. Apply salt. Boil in sufficient water to cook meat tender but dry. Peel and slice onions, slit green chillies, slice the garlic and cut ginger into thin long pieces. Chop coriander leaves. Add oil to meat. Add sliced ingredients and chopped tomatoes. Fry well. Cook till fairly dry, stirring occasionally.
