Wash and cut tomatoes into
quarters. Heat the oil, add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds crackle add
tomatoes. Fry for a minute or two. Add jaggery, turmeric and salt. Cover and
cook gently till tomatoes are cooked and gravy thickens.
