Wash the gourd and peel. Cut a
slice off at the stem end. Scoop out the seeds. Rub inside with salt and set
aside. Mix together coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, chopped
coriander leaves, lime juice, grated coconut, mawa, garam masala, sugar and
salt. Stuff the gourds with the prepared mixture. Put the top slices back. Fix
with toothpicks. Cook in a moderate oven, using oil to base, till soft. Serve
hot.
