Curry leaves

½ bunch


Wash, boil, peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Add tamarind pulp, green chillies and onions. Mix well. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Remove pan from fire. Add prepared potatoes and salt. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
