Clean and cut meat. Boil with cinnamon, cloves and salt till tender. Grind together ginger, turmeric, red chillies, garlic and cumin using vinegar. Grind onions coarsely. Heat the fat. Saute onions, spices and meat. Fry well. When meat is well browned add stock, vinegar and salt to taste. Add potatoes peeled and cut into quarters and slit green chillies. Cook till potatoes are soft. Serve hot.
