Mixed Vegetable Bhujjia

Dry mango powder or pomegranate seeds or lime
to taste

80 – 100gms


Wash and prepare vegetables. Heat the fat. Fry spices. Add vegetables and salt. Saute and mix well. Cover the pan with a well-fitting lid. Cook gently, shaking the pan frequently to prevent burning. Add water if necessary. Cook till all vegetables are properly cooked. Add mango powder or pomegranate seeds or lime juice and remove.

 N. B.     Any other combination of vegetables may be used. Potatoes may be parboiled in jacket and then added to quicken the cooking process.
