Bindhu pure du (eggs on ladies fingers)

Wipe ladies fingers with a wet cloth. Chop ladies fingers, onions and tomatoes. Heat half the fat. Fry onions. Add ladies fingers and tomatoes. Add all the spices and seasoning except lime juice. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Beat eggs and mix with ladies fingers. Remove from fire and spread in a pyrex pie dish. Sprinkle lime juice. Fry remaining eggs. Place on top of prepared vegetables. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
