Amaranth saute (cholai bhaji)

















Ingredients

115gms
Onions
1 medium sized
Garlic
1 cloves
Salt
to taste

To temper:


Oil
1 tsp
Mustard seeds
a pinch
Split black gram
1 tsp
Red chilli
1


Heat the oil. Add broken red chilli, gram and mustard seeds. As seeds crackle, add chopped onions, garlic and green leaves. Add salt and just sufficient water (about a tbsp) to cook leaves dry. Cook over a slow fire leaves are dry.
