Amaranth saute (Cheera vazhattiathu)

Amaranth leaves

Small red onions

Green chillies

Wash and drain leaves. Peel  and slice onions and slit green chillies. Chop leaves. Heat the oil. Add onions and green chillies, saute for one to two minutes. Add leaves and salt. Cover and cook for two to three minutes. Mix well and remove.
