Noodle Soup (Vegetarian)















Ø  1 cup cooked tomato puree
Ø  1 cup carrots grated
Ø  4 spring onions cut into strips
Ø  2 cups of cooked noodles
Ø  1 tblsp cooking oil
Ø  1 tsp corn flour
Ø  1 tsp vital soya flour
Ø  1 small cabbage cut into fine strips
Ø  ½ cup bean sprouts
Ø  ½ tsp ajinomoto
Ø  Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a pan. Add corn flour and vital soya flour. Fry till brown. Add 1 litre of water. Add pepper, salt, ajinomoto and soup cube. Stir and boil. Add all other ingredients and simmer till vegetables are done. Serve hot.
