Ø 500 gms fish cut in small pieces and fried
Ø 4 bunch fenugreek greens
Ø 1 bunch coriander leaves chop fine & Grind
Ø 1 cm piece ginger
Ø 8 cloves
Ø 6 green chillies
Ø 2 tblsp coriander pwd
Ø 1 tsp turmeric pwd
Ø 1 cup butter milk
Ø ½ tsp Kashmiri masala
Ø Salt to taste
Ø 2 tblsp ghee
Heat ghee, add chopped ingredients and fry for 3 minutes. Add ground fenugreek and coriander paste. Fry well till ghee floats on top. Add half butter-milk, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and ½ tsp Kashmiri masala. Add fried fish piece, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Gently turn fish into the other side and let simmer after adding the other half of the butter-milk. Cook another five minutes. Serve hot.
