Fried Prawn Noodles














Ø  3 cups prawns
Ø  4 carrots, cut into small strips
Ø  1 ¼ cup bean cut into small strips
Ø  4 cups spring onion, cut in 1 inch length
Ø  3 cup noodles
Ø  4 tblsps soya sauce
Ø  1 cup salad oil
Ø  A pinch of ajinomoto

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and pour a little oil while stirring continuously. This would help in keeping them free from sticking together.

Now reduce the flame and fry each vegetable in sufficient oil in the frying pan after adding a pinch of salt. Drain it and keep it aside. Now fry the noodles in a little oil. Make sure that they don’t become crisp. Mix them with the vegetables. Now fry the prawns on a low flame till they are well cooked. Mix thoroughly. Now add soya sauce and ajinomoto. In this dish you can always substitute prawns with chicken or bacon. Serve it hot. Serve 4.
