Cut chicken into cubes and marinate with lime and salt. Keep
it aside.
Beat curd thoroughly, add grated cheese, thick cream, cashew
nut paste, mace powder and cardamom powder and mix well. Add chicken pieces into the batter and soak it
for at least two hours.
