Step 1: Coat cauliflower florets with egg whites. Now
sprinkle cornflower, salt, pepper, garlic paste on the florets and mix well. In
a deep skillet, heat oil on medium and when oil is hot, add florets to skillet
and fry until light brown. Remove from skillet and keep aside.
