Carrot and Capsicum Raita (Yogurt With Carrot and Capsicum)




Ingredients

Quantity
Yoghurt – whisked
2 cups
Carrot – grated
1
Capsicum – very finely diced
1/3
Chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp
Green chillies  deseed, finely chopped
2
Roasted ground cumin seeds
1 tsp
Red chilli powder
½ tsp
Chaat masala l
1 tsp
Salt
to taste 


Add the salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala to the yogurt and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Add the carrot, capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix well. You may not require the entire carrot, depending upon the size of the carrot.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted cumin powder. Refrigerate until required.
