Caribbean Curry Saucen Influence




Ingredients

Scallion – chopped

Vegetable oil

Flour
2 tbsp
Curry powder
1 tbsp
Ground cumin , turmeric, all spices, ginger and black pepper
¼ tsp
Cream of coconut
½ cup
Broth
1 ½ cups


Brown scallion in oil. Add flour and brown for a minute longer. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Serve hot on grilled fish or meat. Makes about  1 ¼  cup.
