Grate cheese. Boil macaroni in salted water till cooked.
Drain and put into a colander, hold under a running tap. Prepare white sauce
and add half the grated cheese. Grease a mould, put in the boiled macaroni and
tomato slices. Pour hot sauce over. Sprinkle with grated cheese and
breadcrumbs. Dot with butter and bake for 25 minutes at 205oC (400oF).
