Baked savoury macaroni

Boil the macaroni till tender. Drain well. Add hot milk, grated cheese, minced onions, beaten eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, pepper salt and nutmeg. Mix well and put into a buttered pie dish, keeping the mixture not more than 2.5 cm (1”) deep. Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes. Serve hot with grilled tomatoes and peas or greens.
