Cook the corn in salted water till tender. Combine corn,
sugar, salt, chopped capsicum, eggs and white sauce. Mix baking powder with
flour and sift over the corn mixture. Mix well. Heat the oil. Fry dessertspoonfuls
in hot oil. Drain and serve hot.
