Wash and boil the cauliflower in salted water. Make a sure with flour, butter and liquid. Add seasoning and three-fourth of the cheese. Put the cauliflower into a greased pan. Pour sauce over the cauliflower, sprinkle cheese and brown under the grill or high up in the oven.
