Cheese, egg and potato pie

Boil potatoes. Peel and slice. Hard-boiled eggs. Shell and chop. Chop celery. Grate cheese. Mix eggs and potatoes. put into a buttered dish. Sprinkle over with chopped celery, pepper and salt. Mix half the cheese into the white sauce. Pour sauce into the dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Dot with butter and bake in a hot oven at 218oc (425oF) or gas mark 7 for half an hour.
