Green chillies

Ginger

Curry leaves

55ml


Chop green chillies, onions and ginger. Heat half the fat. Lightly fry the powdered macaroni. Heat the remaining fat. Fry spices, grams and onions. Add water and bring to boil. Add salt and roasted macaroni. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook till water is absorbed.
