Saffron or colour

|
Fry sultanas and cashewnuts and keep aside. Boil or roast
sweet potatoes in their jackets. Cool, peel and mash. Boil milk. Add sugar and
potatoes. Add fried sultanas and nuts. Finish off with rose water, powdered
cardamom and saffron.
