Scrambled eggs with ham

Prepare eggs as for the basic recipe. Trim off all fat from the ham. Cut into 1.25 cm (½”) pieces. Add to the eggs along with the butter.

N. B.    Shrimps, cheese, asparagus tips, kidney etc. can be served with scrambled eggs.
