Ingredients

Quantity
Potatoes
450gms
Sago
225gms
Peanut flour
225gms
Green chillies
5gms
Salt
to taste 
Butter milk
3 tbsp
Oil to fry



Soak sago in just enough water to cover it, leave for one to two hours. Boil and mash potatoes; chop green chillies. Mix all ingredients. Flatten on banana leaves and deep fry.
