Ingredients

Besan

Butter
150gms
Beaten curds
200gms
Salt
to taste 
Ginger-garlic paste
10gms
Gram masala (aniseed, mace, cardamom, cinnamon)

Saute garlic in butter, add besan and saute till cooked without discolouring.  Cool mixture and add to the beaten curds with salt and ginger-garlic paste and gram masala. Cut chicken into tikkas and marinade in the mixture. Put the chicken tikkas on the seekhs (thandoori rods)and cook in the tandoor. Garnish with lemon juice.
