Chutney:


Coriander leaves
1 bunch
Onions
150gms
Green chillies
5
Lime
1
Salt
to taste 
  

Boil potatoes in their jacket till done. Peel and mash well. Soak bread in a little water. Squeeze out moisture. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves and onions finely. Mix together prepared ingredients and salt. Form into balls. Press. Put a small quantity of prepared chutney in the centre. Seal edges. Shapes into rounds and shallow fry.

Chutney:

Wash and drain coriander leaves. Grind together onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Add lime juice to taste and mix well.
