Ingredients

Sugar
300gms
Cardamoms

Saffron
a pinch
Mawa
115gms
Clarified butter
55gms


Boil potatoes. Peel and mash. Put sugar and potatoes in a strong degchi and cook. When half cooked add mawa, ghee, saffron and cardamoms. When ready spread on a greased plate and cut into pieces.
