Peanut chikki














Ingredients

Roasted peanuts
300gms
Water
½ cup


Remove skin of peanuts and crush them into big pieces. Break jaggery. Add water and make a syrup. When syrup reaches the hard ball stage, 120oC (250oF), remove from fire. Add nuts and mix well. Pour onto a greased plate and spread evenly and cut into pieces.
