Panir pakodas













Ingredients
Quantity


Panir:


Milk
1 litre
Sour curds
55gms
     Or

Alum
¼ tsp
    Or

Lime juice
½ lime
     Or

Vinegar
1dsp
Peppercorns (crushed)
a few
Coriander leaves
a few springs

Batter:


Bengal gram flour
55gms
Salt
to taste 
Oil (to mix batter)
1 tsp
Chilli powder
¼ tsp
Oil to fry



Prepare a smooth batter with salt, chilli powder, gram flour, oil and water (pouring consistency). Dip panir cubes and fry in hot oil. Serve piping hot with chutney.
