Mix together buttermilk and flour and set aside for ½ to 1
hour. Add salt and more water to form a pouring batter (dosa batter). Heat
60gms fat. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
When the seeds crackle, pour over batter and mix well. Add soda bicarbonate
dissolved in a little water and mix well. Heat the griddle. Grease and pour
ladlefuls of batter and prepare dosas. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
