Mock Basundi



Ingredients

For 15
Milk
1 litre
Condensed milk
1 tin
Bread
400gms
Nuts
25gms
Silver foil
2
Almonds or kewra or rose essence
a few drops


Remove crust from the bread. Soak bread in milk for ½ hour. Mix condensed milk into milk mixture. Pass the whole through a strainer. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes on a slow fire. Remove from fire, add nuts (chopped) and essence. Chilli thoroughly before serving. Serve garnished with silver foil.
