Meat and potato pie

Short crust pastry:



Refined flour
115gms
1.35kg
Butter
60gms
680gms
Baking powder
¼ tsp
30gms
Salt
a pinch
10gms
Cold water to mix




Wash and cut meat. Peel and cut potatoes. Peel and slice onions. Put meat, onions and seasoning in a pan, cover with stock and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Add potatoes and cook till meat is tender. Cool. Transfer into pie dish, cover with short crust pastry, decorating top with leaves. Bake at 205oC (400oF) for 15 minutes.
